Consent to Treatment

All services provided at Orange Beach Regenerative Medicine require informed consent prior to treatment. Clients will receive a consultation to review medical history, treatment goals, potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. By proceeding with services, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the treatment and voluntarily agree to receive care.

Treatment Results Disclaimer

Individual treatment outcomes vary based on personal health factors, lifestyle habits, and adherence to recommended care plans. While our goal is to help you achieve optimal wellness and aesthetic results, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Medical Clearance

Certain services may require medical clearance or additional evaluation prior to treatment. Orange Beach Regenerative Medicine reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is determined not to be in the client’s best medical interest.

Emergency & Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for informing staff of any changes in health status, medications, allergies, or medical conditions prior to each visit.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients seeking care. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee or may be required to place a deposit when booking future services.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods. Certain treatments or promotional packages may require prepayment or a deposit to secure your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure adequate treatment time and maintain our schedule for other guests.
